Kanban boards are known for their card-column layouts that have the capacity to show the status of a large amount of tasks at the same time. A Kanban board makes it easy for anyone to see what's going on beyond a person's narrow scope, and it serves as an excellent facilitator during team coordination meetings where you're collectively organizing your efforts.

This video walks you through creating a Kanban board from scratch. This Kanban board contains Tasks, Projects (which Tasks are organized under), and Team members that can be assigned different Tasks.
